  • 12 oz sirloin or ribeye steak
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Season steak with salt and pepper, then sear it for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from skillet and let rest.
