  • 1 puff pastry sheet
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup artichokes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, parmesan cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes until well blended.
  3. Cut puff pastry into two equal sheets.
  4. Spread the filling onto one sheet and cover with the second sheet.
  5. Cut into six strips and twist each strip before rolling into swirls.
  6. Brush with beaten egg for a glossy finish.
  7. Bake on a parchment-lined sheet for 22-24 minutes until golden brown.
