  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp dried thyme (or 1 tbsp fresh thyme)
  • 3 medium carrots, sliced
  • 1 lb Yukon gold potatoes, diced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by cutting the beef into cubes and chopping the onions and garlic.
