  • 1/3 cup dry apple vinegar
  • 8 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 6 oz chicken stock
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 5 oz fresh baby spinach
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Season the shrimp with all-purpose seasoning.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, warm olive oil and sear shrimp for about 1-2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
