  • 4 tbsp olive oil (2 tbsp for roasting, 1/4 cup for vinaigrette)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Optional honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
