  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  2. In a bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter to create the streusel topping.
  3. Combine graham cracker crumbs with sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter to form the crust; press into a springform pan.
  4. Beat room-temperature cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar, then incorporate salt, flour, sour cream, vanilla extract, and eggs one at a time.
  5. Layer half of the cheesecake filling over the crust, followed by half of the roasted peaches. Repeat layers and top with streusel.
  6. Bake in a water bath for even cooking; allow to cool before chilling in the fridge.
