  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • Powdered sugar

  2. Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the butter mixture, alternating with sour cream.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon for the swirl.
  7. Pour half the batter into the bundt pan; sprinkle half the swirl mixture on top. Add remaining batter and finish with the rest of the swirl mixture.
  8. Bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
