  • 1 cup chocolate chips (for topping)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (for topping)
  • Flaky sea salt, optional

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix almond flour, cashew butter, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt until combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  2. Line a plate with parchment paper and press the mixture to about 1/2-inch thick.
  3. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in intervals until smooth; pour over the pressed dough and spread evenly.
