Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak cubes dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak in batches for about 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium, melt butter, and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Return the steak to the pan and toss to coat.
  4. For the sauce, melt another tablespoon of butter in a separate saucepan, add garlic, then pour in heavy cream. Simmer gently and stir in Parmesan until smooth.
  5. Pour sauce over steak bites or serve on the side. Garnish with parsley if desired.
