  • 2 cups dill pickle juice
  • 1 cup dill pickle ranch dressing (divided)
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh dill (for garnish)
  • 810 wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken pieces in dill pickle juice for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  2. Mix seasoning ingredients in a bowl, then coat marinated chicken evenly.
  3. Thread chicken onto soaked wooden skewers.
  4. Brush half of the ranch dressing over the skewers.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 400°F and lightly spray the basket.
  6. Air fry skewers for 11-12 minutes, flipping halfway until reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.
  7. Brush with reserved dressing and garnish with fresh dill before serving.
