  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ cup gruyere cheese (or more cheddar)
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Grease a baking dish and layer thin slices of potatoes and onions tightly.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, whisk in flour, then gradually add almond milk until smooth.
