  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 teaspoon salt (for boiling water)

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken: Season sliced chicken with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  2. Cook the pasta: Boil salted water and cook linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve half a cup of pasta water before draining.
  3. Make the Cowboy Butter Sauce: In the same skillet used for chicken, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in Dijon mustard, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, and parsley; simmer for 1-2 minutes.
