  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 1 Tbsp unrefined coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup raw pecans, chopped
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries or raisins
  • 1012 wooden popsicle sticks

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil using a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  2. Prepare your toppings by chopping the pecans and cranberries (or raisins) and setting out the popsicle sticks.
  3. Slice apples into 1/2-inch thick rounds, removing seeds.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks into each apple slice.
  5. Dip apple slices into melted chocolate and place them on parchment-lined baking sheets.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped toppings while chocolate is still warm.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes until set.
