  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar + 2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your Bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the unsalted butter and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
  5. Alternate adding the dry mixture and sour cream to the butter mixture until combined.
  6. Pour half the batter into the prepared pan; sprinkle with half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  7. Top with remaining batter and add the rest of the cinnamon-sugar on top. Swirl gently with a knife.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack.
