  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

  2. In another bowl, mix cashew butter, milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until evenly mixed.
  4. Fold in mini chocolate chips gently.
  5. Adjust consistency by adding more milk if needed.
  6. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined plate.
  7. Chill for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  8. Optionally coat with melted chocolate before chilling again.
