  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 4 cups chopped green cabbage
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece ginger, grated
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping the cabbage, mincing garlic and ginger, and slicing green onions.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet; cook for one minute until fragrant.
  4. Toss in the chopped cabbage and sauté for five minutes until slightly wilted yet still crunchy.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, chicken broth, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Pour over the stir-fried ingredients.
  6. Stir well to combine everything and cook for an additional two minutes until the sauce thickens.
