  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 ½ cups sweetened coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a stand mixer, beat softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (about two minutes).
