  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup granulated sugar for caramel
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter for caramel
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (for caramel)
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt for caramel

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. For the brownie layer, melt butter and mix in sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; blend well.
  3. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt; fold into the wet mixture until combined.
  4. Pour brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
