  • 2 large ripe tomatoes or 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes).
  3. Add chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides (5-7 minutes).
