  • 16 ounces pipe rigate pasta
  • 2 ½ cups whole milk
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 2 cups white cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 2 cups leftover beef brisket (shredded)
  • Seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, Slap Ya Mama® seasoning, ground mustard, turmeric, black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente; drain and return to the pot.
  2. In the pot with pasta, combine milk, heavy cream, and vegetable broth; bring to a gentle simmer.
  3. Stir in both cheeses until melted and combined.
  4. Add seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, Slap Ya Mama®, ground mustard, turmeric, and black pepper; mix well.
  5. In a separate pot, heat shredded brisket with beef broth and barbecue sauce until hot.
  6. Serve mac and cheese topped with warmed brisket and extra barbecue sauce if desired.
