  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ cup pistachios, roughly chopped

  3. In another bowl, combine melted butter and vanilla extract.

  5. Press two-thirds of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared dish.
  6. Toss blackberries with granulated sugar and lemon juice; layer over the crust.
  7. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture and chopped pistachios on top.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Cool for an hour before slicing and dusting with powdered sugar if desired.
