  • 12 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated white sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the blackberry swirl by cooking blackberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened. Set aside.
  2. For the brownie base, melt butter and mix with sugar. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract and salt. Sift in cocoa powder and flour; mix until just combined.
  3. In another bowl, blend cream cheese, Greek yogurt, egg, sugar, and salt until smooth for the cheesecake layer.
  4. In a prepared baking dish, pour half of the brownie batter, layer half of the cheesecake mixture, and add dollops of blackberry sauce. Repeat layers and gently swirl with a knife.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven until set but soft in the center. Cool before slicing into squares.
