  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice
  • Chopped green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Fresh lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Prepare the spice mixture by combining garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Rub this blend over the salmon fillets.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear salmon skin-side down for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Flip the fillets and cook for another 4-5 minutes until fully cooked.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey (if using), and rice vinegar or lime juice.
  5. Serve the salmon with the sauce drizzled on top and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
