- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
- 1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice
- Chopped green onions for garnish
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Fresh lime wedges
- Prepare the spice mixture by combining garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Rub this blend over the salmon fillets.
