  • 3 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1 ¼1 ½ cups powdered sugar (sifted)
  • 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons non-alcoholic caramel sauce
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 ½ ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 3 tablespoons butter (room temperature)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar (light or dark)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar (sifted) plus more if needed
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and reduce apple cider in a saucepan until it thickens.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and sugars; add eggs and reduced cider.
