  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted

  1. Peel the bananas and slice them into thin rounds (about 1/8 inch thick).
  2. In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Toss the banana slices in melted coconut oil until evenly coated.
  4. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the banana slices and toss gently.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
